EMS CAPTAIN PROMOTION

Please congratulate Frank Orlando on his well-deserved promotion to EMS Captain. His drive to achieve his A-EMT license and his unconditional dedication to serve the residents of Dammeron Valley brings credit on himself and the Department. Captain Orlando will be assuming a number of logistical, supply and training programs in there near future as part of his duties. Great job Cap!
